Orders placed before 2pm CT ship the same business day from our US facility. Standard delivery is 2–4 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Every order ships with the lyophilized vial, a tamper-evident seal, and a packing slip referencing the batch ID. The matching certificate of analysis is available on this page and in your account downloads after purchase.

Every batch is tested by an independent lab using HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity. The COA is stamped with the batch number, test date, and lab name and uploaded to this page before any vial from that lot ships.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for short-term shipping but should be kept at −20°C for long-term storage. Reconstituted product should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within the window noted on the COA.

All major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. We do not store payment information; transactions are processed by a PCI-compliant gateway.

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't match the COA, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Because of the research-use nature of these products, we cannot accept returns of opened vials outside of those circumstances.
